CAR CONNECTING RODS WASHING MACHINE
Our connecting rod washing machine is manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING and meticulously designed by our engineering team to deliver a leading solution within its category.
It is specifically developed to optimize connecting rod cleaning processes, providing continuous, safe, and high-quality performance. Its robust 30×30 mm tubular frame, combined with adjustable feet, ensures excellent stability and easy adaptation to any working environment.
The machine features three clearly defined zones: infeed section, washing tank, and drying section with ventilation, enabling a smooth and efficient workflow. The stainless steel mesh conveyor belt guarantees durability and resistance, while adjustable side guides allow easy adaptation to different connecting rod sizes.
Equipped with a 0.37 kW drive reducer and a ventilation system with two centrifugal fans, it ensures fast and uniform drying. The electrical control panel includes start/stop functions, emergency stop, and fan speed control for safe and user-friendly operation.
