In pursuit of advanced automation and quality, DANLUK ENGINEERING has unified the pillow covering stages into a single line, thus achieving the EFA-10 + BSA-300 + EFA 20 PILLOW COVERING LINE.

This complete pillow casing line offers unbeatable advantages and benefits for production processes, thanks to its operation, performance, and high speeds. 

For cutting and sealing pillow fabric covers quickly and efficiently, this line features our BSA-300 FABRIC CUTTING AND SEALING BAR and its hot wire system, which allows polyester fabric covers to be cut and sealed in just a few seconds

It also features the EFA-10 FIRST COVER PILLOW COVERING MACHINE, designed with a long opening to accommodate many meters of fabric in tube form, allowing a large number of pillows to be covered without significant interruptions in production.

It also features the EFA-20 SECOND COVER WITH ZIPPER PILLOW COVERING MACHINE. Its short opening with stops allows the cover to be inserted so that the covering machine can insert the pillow inside quickly and effortlessly.

The EFA-20 completes the pillow finishing and covering line together with the EFA-10 coverer for the first cover and the BSA-300 cutting and sealing bar.
