This machine has been designed for packaging the mattresses with plastic polyethylene film. It considerably increases the packaging speed of the mattresses prior to their transport, either packed only or packed to later roll them up.

With the help of high-tech sensors, we have managed to let the machine know the size of the product to be packed, thus ensuring that the sealing bars fit the product as closely as possible, whether they are mattresses, cores or foam cutouts.
The sealing bars act through impulse resistances, guaranteeing a uniform and clean seal without maintenance or high temperatures. The plastic is cut using a cold blade, so the cut finish is excellent, without breakage or damage.
