AUTOMATIC VERTICAL FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

Our automatic vertical foam cutting machine is manufactured following the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING, rigorously designed and manufactured in our facilities by our team of engineers to make this a leading machine in its category.

This automatic vertical laminator quickly and easily cuts soft polyurethane foams and other flexible foams into sheets or rectangles. This machine designed to achieve high productivity. With easy programming and simple handling, the PV-230 is a special allied for sheet cutting. You just have to load it with foam, introduce the number of sheets to cut, the thickness of the sheets, and it alone takes care of all the work.

With the pneumatic tensioner for the blade, the blade always has the optimal tension conditions even in the most demanding moments. Manufactured with state-of-the-art technology and driven by servo motors, the movements of the PV-230 are fast, smooth and precise.
