Innovative flywheel with repetitive measures and new system without noise or breakage that makes obsolete the old system of fingernail and teeth.
Sharpening system with only two motor-driven cup wheels and a special blade joint that always guarantees the two cuts with maximum sharpness. It also incorporates a spark extinguishing suction system that significantly reduces the risk of possible fires.
The table tops are made of aluminum with a quality finish and a greater guarantee against possible breakage.
Pneumatic blade tensioning system, with many advantages over the traditional mechanical spindle system: more convenience and speed for blade replacement.
Direct Drive blade drive system: incorporates a direct motor without belts: greater reliability, with no need for maintenance due to belt breakage or adjustment.
The side panel that pushes the block can be fixed, or as an option can be tilted for angled cuts. A fast and practical system incorporating a handwheel to tilt the side panel lightly and effortlessly, which also includes a ruler to display the degrees of inclination.
The blade guide incorporates pins or wheels that ensure that the blade is held securely and rigidly in place when cutting even with hard foams for greater cutting precision. As an option, the guide can be raised and lowered manually or by motor.
The block pusher panel is moved by means of anti-wear precision steel guides and ball bearing slides.
The table tops and the cutting height are manufactured with standard dimensions, but they can be manufactured according to requirements.
