This mattress roller has been designed by our engineering department to provide a solution for manufacturers or distribution warehouses with low production or very tight spaces.

The R-210 roller is slower than the PR-50 since it does not use a compacting press in the process of compressing and extracting air from the mattress. At the loading port of the machine there is a set of rollers driven by modular gears, which transmit a very high torque of about 4000 Nm, 5 times more powerful than traditional press reels.
