MATTRESS ROLLING MACHINE (DIRECT: NO PRESS NEEDED)

Our press free mattress roller is manufactured following the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING, rigorously designed and manufactured in our facilities by our team of engineers to make this a leading machine in its category.

This mattress roller has been designed by our engineering department to provide a solution for manufacturers or distribution warehouses with low production or very tight spaces.

The R-210 roller is slower than the PR-50 since it does not use a compacting press in the process of compressing and extracting air from the mattress. At the loading port of the machine there is a set of rollers driven by modular gears, which transmit a very high torque of about 4000 Nm, 5 times more powerful than traditional press reels. This high torque of force allows the rollers to swallow any size of mattress, compact it and roll it to perfection.
