CNC VERTICAL + HORIZONTAL FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

Our cutting line using the HC-280 horizontal cutting machine and the VF-350 Vertical CNC cutting machine is manufactured following the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING, rigorously designed and manufactured in our facilities by our team of engineers to make this, a leading line within its category.

The cutting line with these two high-capacity machines is prepared to cut all kinds of pieces with infinite shapes and geometries and also offering a very high production rate.

While the HC-280 horizontal laminator is responsible for dividing the block horizontally into plates or blocks of different thicknesses, the VF-350 Vertical CNC is capable of cutting the pieces drawn with any shape and geometry at high production speeds and precision.

These two machines can be independent or joined in a production line, as in this case. They can also be managed from independent screens or from the same computer system, where the programming of machines for chain production can be optimized.
