AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL FOAM CUTTING MACHINE
Our horizontal foam laminator is manufactured following the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING, rigorously designed and manufactured in our facilities by our team of engineers to make this a leading machine in its category.
The HC-280 horizontal cutting machine cuts flexible foam blocks into both thin and thick sheets. The blade cuts on both sides, making the machine capable of cutting both forward and backward. The blade can be sharp or serrated. An ideal machine to cut mattresses with high productivity. With the optional conveyor belt tables at the input and output, the machine can cut while another block is waiting at the entrance to be cut, in this way there is no loss of time between loading and unloading, thus increasing productivity.
This machine is very easy to handle. From the interactive screen you only have to indicate the height of the block to be cut, the number of sheets and the thickness dimensions.
