One of DANLUK ENGINEERING’s latest designs, bringing together all the knowledge used in other cutting machines, Danluk engineers have created this wire contour cutting machine capable of cutting hard or very hard materials such as polyethylene, rebounded foam, expanded polyethylene, expanded polystyrene, etc. A machine capable of cutting everything that the blade saws are unable. The round shape of the abrasive wire and the high turning speed of more than 300 km/h allow the HFW-360 to cut very hard materials and make shapes with very small radii or edges.

The handling of the machine is highly intuitive thanks to the drawing software designed by Danluk which allows you to draw any type of part and generate a .dxf file as well as import it from other external drawing software. Our design team has taken care of even the smallest detail, incorporating a compacting press plate with which to hold the block to be cut and prevent it from moving during the cut. They have also had a powerful suction system capable of collecting the dust generated by the thread when cutting. In addition, the cutting table uses an automatic 90° rotation system to be able to make three-dimensional cuts.
