Once again, DANLUK’s engineering team has designed and developed this machine to meet the needs and demands of our customers. An R&D have taken place to be able to place the protector, both plastic and fabric, in a fully automatic way on the divans, bed bases, upholstered bases and headboards, thus eliminating the cardboard that so many returns usually generates because it is not capable to protect the product against bumps and scratches that occur during transportation.
With a productivity of more than 2 pieces per minute makes this solution perfect to achieve great profits, avoid returns due to damage during transport and perform quality packaging, all in full automation.
To save material, the machine changes the plastic format automatically, by means of sensors it identifies the thickness of the product and introduces the appropriate plastic roll on the line.
In order to pack products of all sizes, from 60 x 90 cm to 200 x 200 cm, the machine incorporates another series of sensors which identify the size of the product and the output tables are placed in the exact position to achieve a suitable finish.
The very long conveyor table option allows several products to be loaded and prepared, allowing the machine to pack and feed itself without the help of work personnel, for this it is necessary to install the automatic aligner.
To complete the production line, the EHS-31 shrink wrapper and tunnel can be added to achieve the final finish of the product, having it completely packed with plastic film, shrink-wrapped, protected and ready for transportation.
