In this case, our clients needed an end of line where they could stack and classify the mattresses that come out of the packaging and that are not rolled up. The AP-3 mattress stacker is a fork tine system similar to that of a forklift whose function is to load each mattress that comes out of the packaging and classify and unload it in as many unloading areas as the manufacturer needs, whether they are carts with wheels, pallets or tables. The stacker can classify the mattresses according to size, quality, or leave them ready in the same area so that the forklift loads them directly onto the distribution truck.
The design of the stacker and its manufacture is always carried out in a personalized way, always attending the production needs of each costumer.
