The VR-23 automatic vertical cutting machine is designed for vertical cutting of polyurethane foam blocks.
The machine uses a double-edged belt blade that can be serrated or razor sharpened. By means of this type of flexible blade and the saw blade turning system which twists the blade up to 90 degrees, the machine is able to cut in four directions quickly and agilely. Thanks to this system, this machine is able to cut the blocks around the perimeter with great adjustment precision for even block shape finishing, and it is also possible to divide the block into several smaller parts.
Its electronics, design and programming make the VR-23 capable of standalone operation or also being incorporated into a cutting line. This machine is able to work in fully automation and can also be maneuvered from the central control panel of the cutting line.
