PRODUCTION LINE MATTRESS ACCUMULATOR 

Our AC-60 mattress accumulator is manufactured following the highest quality standards of DANLUK ENGINEERING, rigorously designed and manufactured in our facilities by our team of engineers to make this a leading machine in its category.

DANLUK ENGINEERING always designs and manufactures accumulators according to the needs of each client. In this 6 meter high model, the accumulator is vertical and can store up to 15 mattresses. The storage capacity will vary depending on the height of the factory ceiling where the accumulator will be installed.

This accumulator is indicated for very tight spaces, so it can take advantage of the space in height, occupying only a surface of about 6 m2.

In other circumstances where the ceiling height is reduced, the accumulator can also be manufactured horizontally by means of a conveyor with separators, through which in about 10 linear meters we can store up to 30 mattresses.

The accumulator is the right solution to avoid gluing tasks depending on the rhythm of the mattress riveting tables: in this way gluing is not affected by the speed of the riveting tables, so production becomes fluid, without interruptions.
