The gluer incorporates a bar with a number of glue injectors according to the maximum and minimum size of the product to be glued. They are automatically activated or deactivated depending on the width of the product to be glued.

The scrolling drive system for the bar where the guns are installed is actuated by servo motors, which allow us to achieve a cycle speed of 3 seconds, making this machine the fastest among in its class. In addition, through this drive system and with the help of high-precision sensors, we also ensure that the flow, the start of gluing and the end are carried out precisely.

The entire cycle is fully automatic and in this new version we have eliminated the large number of sensors used by previous machines, using only one we use to measure the width of the product and activate the necessary guns for gluing.

The height at which the guns project the adhesive is fully automatic, the machine incorporates a high-tech measurement sensor which measures the product at the entrance to indicate to the guns at what height they should go down to always achieve maximum precision in the gluing projection. In this way, different types and sizes of products can be introduced in a row without having to manually setting up of any component of the machine, thus achieving an increase in production and obtaining more performance and profits.
