MANUAL VERTICAL FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

Our foam vertical cutting machine is built with the highest quality standards at DANLUK ENGINEERING and rigorously designed by our engineers’ team to be a leading machine in its category.

Innovative vernier steering wheel with repetitive measurements setting capability and a new system without noise or breakage that makes the old tooth and nail system obsolete.

Sharpening system with two motor-driven cup grinding wheels and a special blade guide that always guarantees maximum sharpness in both blade edges. In addition, it also incorporates an aspiration spark arrestor system that significantly reduces the risk of fire.

The tabletops are aluminum made with high quality finishes and guaranteed against eventual breakage.

Pneumatic blade tensioning system, with relevant advantages over the traditional mechanical spindle system: more comfort and speed for blade replacement.

Blade Direct Drive system: incorporates a direct drive motor without pulleys or belts: greater reliability, without maintenance need due to belt breakage or adjustment.

The foam block side alignment panel can be at 90º fixed angle, or as an option with variable tilting angle, so cuts at an angle can also be made. A fast and practical system that incorporates a vernier steering wheel to tilt the side panel in an easy and effortless way, which also includes a ruler to visualize the selected amount of tilting degrees.

The blade guide incorporates ball bearings that ensure the blade is held in place and aligned for greater cutting precision, even with hard foam. The guide can be raised and lowered manually or as an option, by motorized actuator.

The sliding movement of the table carriage is carried out by means of anti-wear precision steel guides and slides with ball bearings.

Table tops and cutting height are manufactured with standard measurements but it is possible to customize them according to needs.
